Planning Packages

We will help you bring your vision to life by planning your special day, determining the theme, color scheme, flowers and decorations. We will help you choose and reserve the venue, photographer, caterer, entertainment, wedding officiate, etc.  We will go over contracts and help you stay on budget and on schedule! We will confirm with vendors the week and night before the wedding to ensure the accuracy of the services provided from the vendors. We will coordinate all the details right up to the day of the wedding as well as managing and coordinating the rehearsal and day of.

Although we offer specific packages, each wedding is unique, and so are your particular needs and vision. Every package listed below are subject to change depending on the size and details of your wedding and can be combined and customized to help you fulfill your dreams and desires.

Partial Planning Package $2,150

This package is right for you if you started the planning process and have all your vendors but need professional assistance tying it all together as the wedding quickly approaches as well as coordination on the day of.

This package includes the following:

  • Define your décor details.

  • Walk you through your planning timeline.

  • Coordinate with all your vendors.

  • Attend final meetings with vendors.

  • Establish your wedding day timeline.

  • Help determine table placement and room layout.

  • Assist with favors, programs, menus and place cards.

  • Assist with any problems, questions or concerns you may have.

  • Provide you with unlimited consultations, advice and support.

  • Confirm details with all the vendors weeks & days prior.

  • Facilitate your rehearsal.

Day Of:

  • Assist with any vendor payments.

  • Provide you with a professional emergency kit.

  • Cue and direct ceremony
  • Assist with programs
  • Placement of guestbook, escort cards, place cards, menus & favors.

  • Managing all vendor’s deliveries.

  • Coordinate setup and cleanup.

  • Manage your timeline.

  • Hand out your bouquets and boutonnieres.

  • Direct your ceremony & reception.

  • Load getaway car with couple’s personal belongings.

  • Make sure cards, gifts & belongings go home with designated person.

  • Handle any issues or problems that may arise.

  • Attend to any special needs…..and much more.

Full Planning Package $3,150

This is the perfect package for you if you would like Event Sisters to help you through your entire planning process.  This service includes planning from day one until the cleanup after your reception!

This package includes the following:

  • Assist in finding & booking your perfect venue & all vendors.

  • Attend meetings with vendors.

  • Help you decide on your color scheme, theme and décor.

  • Walk you through your planning timeline.

  • Assist you in budget planning and tracking.

  • Establish your wedding day timeline.

  • Help determine table placement and room layout.

  • Help to make arrangements for out of town guests.

  • Assist with favors, programs, menus and place cards.

  • Assist with any problems, questions or concerns you may have.

  • Provide you with unlimited consultations, advice and support.

Day Of:

*An additional charge might be added if the ceremony & reception are at two separate locations, if the date falls on a holiday weekend or if the venue is located outside of our 50 mile radius.
